Feeling stuck, burnt out, or uncertain about your next move in fashion or sustainability? This 70-minute live workshop is a chance to reset, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. Led by Career Coach and Fashion Sustainability expert Dr Clara Vuletich, with grounding practices by Roxanne Houshmand-Howell, this session offers practical tools and emotional clarity. 'For over 3 years, I’ve worked with women navigating the pressures of the fast-paced fashion and sustainability industries. Many experience burnout and overwhelm, caught between the urgency of climate change and systemic challenges. In response, I’ve sought out wellbeing professionals with industry experience who understand these complexities and have chosen to support individuals and teams through these unique challenges' Roxanne Houshmand-Howell 🗣 Facilitated Dialogue – Led by Dr Clara Vuletich A guided, practical conversation led by Clara, exploring: - Real-life examples and stories from her coaching practice - Simple, actionable tools to support professionals navigating career change, burnout or job dissatisfaction - First steps toward redesigning your career with clarity and confidence - Tools to overcome burnout and build career clarity - Human-first insights into change and uncertainty 'I’m a career coach and sustainability consultant. I completed a PhD in the fashion industry, have advised leading brands, and personally overcome chronic anxiety and burnout.
