After our genes and circumstances, approximately 40% of our happiness is in our hands3. This means that we can take active steps to live a happier and kinder life. With depression and anxiety at record levels, the science and art of happiness can act as armour against the stress of work and everyday life.

The Happiness Sessions

Happy Hour is your weekly moment to pause, reset, and recharge.
Whether you’ve already taken the Happiness Course or are simply curious, this is your space to reconnect—with yourself and others.
Each session, a lunch and learn, blends breathwork, mindfulness, journaling, and gentle movement to support emotional balance and build everyday resilience. Come as you are—overwhelmed, curious, joyful, or just in need of a breather. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.
Bring: Notepad, pen, and an open heart. Snacks + tea welcome.

Fashion Happiness Course
Starting 12th September 2025
"Burnt-out people aren't equipped to serve a burning planet", says scientist Susanne Moser. Our six-week Fashion Happiness course enables individuals and teams to learn the skills that underpin a resilient and balanced work life.
Over six weeks, you will create your personal happiness toolkit using evidence-based practices, rooted in neuroscience, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment training, and positive psychology.

The course is jam packed with juicy goodness and many tools that I will come back to again and again. It made me realise how deeply critical my inner voice can be and how profoundly disabling that is.
