What type of information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

 

Why do we collect such personal information?

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

How do we store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

How do we communicate with your site visitors?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

The Right Project (TRP*) webinar booking terms and conditions

*The Right Project is a trading name wholly owned by House of Monir Ltd

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking. You should understand that by booking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

1.    Your booking  

1.1 To register you must complete the online registration. You will receive a confirmation upon completing the online registration process, if you have not received your booking confirmation within 24 hours, please contact roxy@therightproject.org

 

1.2 By registering online you have agreed to accept these terms. A contract will exist as soon as TRP sends you a confirmation of registration.

 

1.3 Please check the details of your booking carefully and let TRP know if any information appears to be incorrect. You can update your details by emailing us at roxy@therightproject.org

 

1.4 Please ensure you give us up to date and correct contact details. We will send you important event information such as joining instructions and presentation slides via email. 

 

1.5 In the unlikely event of a timing change or other such amendment, you will be contacted by email.

 

2.    What is included? 

2.1 Your booking includes participation in a virtual webinar. You will be able to submit your questions to the speakers at allocated times during the webinar. 

 

3.    Content

3.1 The views expressed by the speakers in this meeting are solely those of the speakers concerned and they do not represent the official views or opinions of TRP. TRP and its officers, employees and agents do not accept or assume any liability, responsibility or duty of care for any consequences of you or anyone else acting, or refraining to act, in reliance on the views and opinions expressed in this meeting or for any decision based on those views and opinions.

 

3.2 The presentation slides should not be reproduced in any form or in any means without the written permission of TRP. 

 

3.3 TRP reserves the right to change the programme as outlined in pre-event literature and on the website due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

4.    Data protection

4.1 TRP may collect personally identifiable information relating to you, a delegate, (including your name; employer’s name and address; telephone number; email address and similar). Such information may be collected when you register online or communicate with us by email. You agree and consent to us using all such personal information received by us and to it being processed, as necessary. This includes processing by us, by the webinar provider, and relevant third parties, for the purpose of administration, statistical analysis, marketing, customer service and feedback, as relevant. Your information may be used to send you relevant marketing and informational material on our products and services. You may ask us to send you a copy of your information being held by us at any time and ask us to remove the same or update/correct it. 5.    Payment

5.1 Payment should be made in pounds sterling by credit card or debit card or via PayPal.

5.3 In the event of non-payment, we will commence legal action to recover the outstanding amount.
 

6.    Changes/Cancellations 

6.1 If you are unable to join the webinar, please inform us by e-mailing roxy@therightproject.org, at least 48 hours in advance of the event. 

 

6.3 It may be necessary for TRP to cancel, change content or postpone for reasons beyond our control. In the case of cancellation, you will be given notice by email.

 

6.4 If you have paid for a place, and cancel less than 48 hours before the webinar takes place, we regret that no refund can be given.

6.5 In the event that TRP has to cancel a webinar, you will receive a full refund in these circumstances. TRP’s maximum liability, arising out of event cancellation, to the delegate is limited to the attendance fee.

6.6 If your attendance is deemed inappropriate, then TRP reserves the right to cancel your place and offer a full refund. In the event of late arrival or non-attendance, no refund will be granted. You will receive the presentation slides from the day and supporting notes.

 

7. Photography

7.1 Attendees of webinars may be featured in videos, photographs and/or audio from events as part of its marketing campaigns. By attending an event, you grant us permission to use video, photograph and audio tape footage of you during the event.

 

7.2 These terms and conditions between you and TRP shall be governed by English Law and both you and TRP shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

Retention of right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of The Right Project – our trading name. (House of Monir Ltd) Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

You recognise and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.

Right to suspend or cancel user account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment

You agree to indemnify and hold House of Monir Ltd harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall House of Monir Ltd, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law ,House of Monir Ltd assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Preference of law and dispute resolution

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of English law, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction of English courts. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
